Payments are handled securely through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, Paddle, PayPal).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or features, but we’ll notify you in advance of major changes.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use GenZ Write only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:

Use the Service for plagiarism, academic cheating, or misrepresentation.
Submit or process illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform.

7. AI & Output Disclaimer

Our AI models generate rewritten content based on linguistic and stylistic transformations.
While we aim for accurate, natural results:

We cannot guarantee 100% originality or detection immunity.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying your outputs before use.
GenZ Write is not liable for any reputational, academic, or legal outcomes resulting from misuse of its outputs.

8. Refunds Policy

Because our product offers instant digital access, all purchases are non-refundable once usage begins.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the last 3 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GenZ Write, Quesoft LLC, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming, United States.
